You own your data, configurations, and outputs, and you can export all of it. We own the underlying platform that runs it, the same way you own your Shopify store but Shopify owns Shopify.
After the six-month minimum you can cancel any time, with a full data export within 30 days. The platform stays ours; everything it made for you goes with you.
After it ships.
No. We are calendar-based, not on-call. You get an async support chatbot in your portal, a monthly call with Sami, and a tier-based SLA on escalated tickets. That is how we keep quality high and prices reasonable.
5 business days on Basic, 2 on Standard, 24 hours on Premium, for escalated tickets. Day-to-day questions get instant async answers from the chatbot.
Not today, and we will not pretend otherwise. We follow least-access, per-client isolation, and encrypted-credential practices. If your build touches regulated data, raise it on the call and we will scope it carefully or tell you we are not the right fit.
Only the people working on your build, and only the access your workflow needs. We never reuse one client's data or credentials for another.
